THE ALLASCH STORY
Allasch is a caraway liqueur first introduced by Baltic merchants to the Leipzig Fair in 1830. Refined by Wilhelm Horn’s distillers, it became a distinguished brand and a true Leipzig original.
Today, the specialty is carefully prepared according to Horn’s traditional recipe with pure caraway distillate in Horn’s Spirits Manufactory in Leipzig. Harmonious in character and exceptionally digestible, this traditional Leipzig spirit preserves a piece of the Saxon way of life.
